Full story of what happened: I killed him before and he came back with a friend and they killed me.

Hey Mudzyn, 

after looking in the rules once again I found a mistake made on my side. I thought that I would be in the right to start new hostilities with you once you attack Jango_Fett. 

I want to apologize for that mistake made by me and I would like to ask if you are willing to accept a refund.

 11:40:01 - Sellsword_Mudzyn (FID: 7) attacked Walex (FID: -1) with Strong Bow dealing 45 damage. 
 11:40:01 - Sellsword_Mudzyn <img=ico_bow> Walex 

So here, Mudzyn killed Walex.

After almost 10 minute, Walex and Jango_Fett went back to kill Mudzyn.

 11:49:16 - *LOCAL* [Walex] gives him Kos on you
 11:50:59 - Jango_Fett (FID: 7) attacked Sellsword_Mudzyn (FID: -1) with Decorated Longbow dealing 23 damage. 
 11:51:05 - Sellsword_Mudzyn (FID: 2) attacked Jango_Fett (FID: -1) with Strong Bow dealing 36 damage. 
 11:51:17 - Walex (FID: 7) attacked Sellsword_Mudzyn (FID: -1) with Decorated Longbow dealing 16 damage. 

Walex offers a refund. Do you want to accept it Mudzyn?
